What to do if you... lose a phone
 

You can report your phone lost or stolen in two ways. By filling out an online report or speaking directly to our hotline operator.

Our hotline operator will ask you for your S@P Certificate number to verify your identity. Don't worry if you have misplaced this. The operator will ask you additional questions to further verify your registration details. The operator will then blacklist your phone within our system.

An automatic email message will be generated and sent to both you and your service provider with your phone's Secure@Phone code. One of our recovery team members will subsequently call you to obtain further details. Your phone's details will be included in regular contact with all public transport providers and Secure@Phone zones which will help to see if your phone is sitting in a lost and found department. Our recovery team, who are constantly searching for lost phones in second hand shops will also be given your phone's details and can actively search for your device. If we find it we will take the appropriate action through the police to recover the device to return it to you.
